Not a ton of beach area but enough if u wanted to take a dip. Privilege beach area had pads on the lounge chairs and nice beds as well. The lounge looks out over the ocean and is right next to the privilege beach area which includes wait service for drinks. Steaks, premium liquors-Don Julio & Patron were favored by my husband and son. The privilege lounge is the bomb with different menu's than the regular restaurants for breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner. Edith and Bobbie were great in the sales office. Got privilege status on day two after buying a traveling package thru the resort. We liked the larger quiet pool and mostly hung out at the beach. We didn't really hang around the pool bar at all but the entertainment staff seemed to be keeping everyone busy. Buffet was typical fare for breakfast and lunch and had themed dinners nightly. Blue moon was elegant/romantic, and Charro which was Mexican food. Specialty restaurants were great-tepanayaki grill was lots of fun and our chef was very entertaining. Room safe is always a plus for our passports, phones, etc. Nice balconies on 2nd floor rooms and patios with hanging basket chairs on ground floor levels along with table and chairs. Nice toiletries, shave kit with cream, sewing kit, shower gel, lotions, mouthwash, etc. Everyone there always friendly and had a smile and greetings when we passed them.
